So the arrangement is built around it. You hold the licence, the source and the documentation. The infrastructure is documented well enough for another developer to pick it up. Nothing depends on a conversation with us that could not happen.
That is not a substitute for a larger supplier. It is what makes a small one a reasonable risk.
